The town centre. Older buildings were mostly pulled down, but you can see some fine examples of socialistic architecture together with the turn of the century houses of the rich Vrbovec families who lost their property after the second world war. Since Vrbovec is a small town, the centre is the converging point of all its citizens - we all meet there sooner or later.
